In the eight months since Pronto opened we’ve received a number of very positive reviews from journalists and bloggers. Some have been average length and others have been short but sweet. Well, here’s one that’s probably the most thorough review we’ve received. It’s from the Eating in Vancouver blog, written by Gary and Taya Ng, who prolifically write about restaurants in Vancouver and further afield.

At Pronto, they didn’t just try the porchetta, which – by the way – they called a “work of art”. They also had the Sopressata sandwich, olives, almond cookies and chocolate hazelnut cake for dessert, and Americanos. They documented the entire meal with numerous photos and kind words. We especially like the last paragraph: “We definitely recommend this neighbourhood gem because Pronto Caffe does it all right – friendly service, comfortable yet classy atmosphere, and expertly crafted food. What more could you ask for? Go. There. Pronto.”
